Terms of service

1. The service

SocialHub provides a library of ready-made social media content — captions, images and video — organized by trade, together with tools to personalize that content with your business details. Free accounts can preview sample posts; paid memberships unlock the full library.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details you add and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account covers one business; agency and multi-location plans are not yet offered.

3. Content license

While your membership is active, you may use, personalize and publish library content to promote your own business on your own social profiles and website. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense library content, use it to build a competing product or library, or publish it on behalf of businesses that don't hold their own membership.

Content you have already published to your own profiles remains published if your membership ends — we never ask you to take posts down.

4. Billing & cancellation

Memberships bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment providers. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk downloading, attempting to bypass content locking, or interfering with the platform's operation.

6. Disclaimers

Content is provided as-is. You are responsible for confirming that anything you publish complies with the rules of each social platform and with laws that apply to your business and industry (including advertising and licensing rules for your trade).

We may update, add or retire library content and features over time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialHub's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@seleqtra.com.
