Account data: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
Business profile: the details you choose to add so captions can personalize themselves — business name, trade, city, phone and website.
Usage data: which posts you view and copy, so we can improve the library and show you what's working.
Technical data: privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics about page visits. We do not run advertising trackers.
To run the service: personalizing captions, remembering your library, processing memberships and sending service emails (like a weekly note when fresh posts land for your trade — which you can switch off in your account).
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors below.
Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), our payment providers (PayPal, and Stripe when available) for billing, and our email provider for transactional messages. Each processes only what it needs for its role.
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email hello@seleqtra.com from your account email and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can access, correct or export the data on your profile at any time from your account page, and request a copy or deletion of everything else by email. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as PIPEDA, GDPR or CCPA), we honour requests made under those laws.
